Stress and worry can affect our energy levels. To such a degree we would rather just sit around and do nothing, or stuff our mouths with all sorts of unhealthy foods. Stress and anxiety catches us when we are fearful of our futures or situations that are happening all around us which we have no control. When you wake up smile, tell yourself its going to be an amazing day! put your feet on the floor for a few minutes. Enjoy your day!

What has made you angry this week? the news? a driver cutting you off? someone pushing in front of you in a queue? How did you feel? did your body tighten up? your palms sweat. What good did it do you? What did you achieve from getting angry? I imagine absolutely nothing! apart from an elevated heart rate and more stress which is certainly not good for your wellbeing.
Next time someone or something annoys you, stop ask yourself what am I getting from this? breath in and out pushing out any resistance let it go believe me it is not worth the extra stress on your body.
We always want more. Wanting more often means we are dissatisfied with our life, lots of clothes, shoes, new cars, new items for our homes. We don’t see what we already have. Let’s be grateful for what we have, go into your closet really take time to appreciate that beautiful dress, those amazing shoes, go around your house appreciate the things you own. When your talking to friends appreciate you have them in your life. When we are grateful for what we have, we will attract more. The law of attraction states that like attracts like and lack attracts lack, so be grateful always for what you have and this includes the little things.
Do you love your work? If you do and in your heart you truly feel satisfied then that’s amazing. Or are you dissatisfied with your job? Do you work because its a job? What is it you really want to do, what would inspire you to get up every day and feel soo grateful for the work you do? Earning money in a job we love brings abundance to our soul, it brings health and wellbeing, we are less stressed and most of all we are following our true path. Do one kind thing today, it could be simple as smiling at a passer by, paying for someone else shopping, giving your dog some extra attention even if you have had a long day. making your partner a cup of tea even though he has annoyed you, buy someone flowers, tend to that overgrown garden.
What you give out, you receive back tenfold. We all deserve love and kindness. At the end of the day we will feel better about ourselves for bringing some light and love into someone else’s day even if it’s just for a moment.
Think about your lifestyle, your friends, health where you are right now, What do you want to change to feel more alive? As the saying goes Rome was not built in a day it takes time to change what we have been doing. The change however is certainly worth it.
