Cancellation of your appointment – Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment or just decide not to turn up without notice, clients on my list miss the opportunity to receive services at the day and time to suit them.

Since the service time slot is reserved for you personally a 50% of the session fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Cancellations on the day and no shows on the morning of your appointment will be charged the full session price.

Please note: I spend time preparing for your session.

Please note: arriving late for your scheduled appointment will not allow for extra time.

All the above applies one to one in person and skype appointments.
