Based on the theory that your reactions and the way you respond to problems in this life are based in the past, it is a holistic therapy that works with a person as a whole – not only the body but mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

One of my Past Lives.
I was born into this life with weak lungs resulting in chronic asthma and severe chest infections. Whilst exploring one of my past lives I discovered I was a child of 8 who passed from emphysema in the 1800’s I came into this life still holding on to residual energy from this illness. Through acknowledging and healing I am now well and have not had a chest infection in 5 years.

First Session:
After completing the initial consultation we will establish an intention for the session. It’s much more helpful to go in with an intention rather than out of curiosity this helps us to get to the Root problem of the issue such as addictions, commitment issues, relationship, blocks, weight issues, low self worth, repeating pattern of behavior, phobias, physical pain, recurring nightmares, dreams and more.
Using hypnosis I will guide you through your past lives using suggestions, deep breathing, taking you to your safe place and moving you on through the scenes. If you wish you can be an observer watching the scenes like a movie..
Regression therapy:
Allows the client to unlock emotions and experiences stored deep within their memory, you will know yourself on a deeper level joining the dots, which creates a sense of wisdom bit like an aha moment. PLR can take us through many dimensions please remember that you may go to one past life regression in the session or multiple lives however it maybe that you are continuously bringing the residual energy through many lives shown in different perspectives.
Whist experiencing PLR you will either feel, see, smell or just know what you are experiencing is a past life. Often in a past life we may have agreed to contracts or promises, which we have bought in to this life which needs to be broken and healed. Past life contracts refer to a pattern of emotional relationships that persists across many lifetimes and affects our present relationships. This residual energy from our past is continuously triggered and repeated in our present life.

Going through a Past Life and experiencing the events can aid in clearing away mental clutter, help to form better decisions, become more empowered and surrender and heal from issues we are holding on to, form better relationships, bring clarity to why we keep repeating the same destructive things.
